Who we work with

Stepdown will work with Local Authorities to provide tailored care for young people and familes where there are complex needs.In pursuit of the best outcomes for young people and families, Stepdown recognises the importance of close working relations with referring agencies, young people and their families/relatives. Features of our working relationships include comprehensive preparation, assessment and planning, regular communication on progress using SHANARRI outcome indicators, engagement in ‘How Are We Doing’ evaluations and critical focus on after care to ensure young people and families succeed.
